To face Chandigarh today in Mushtaq Ali T-20 trophy

DIMAPUR, JANUARY 10 (MExN): The Nagaland cricket team is set to begin the new season by facing off against Chandigarh in the Mushtaq Ali T-20 trophy in Chennai on January 11. 

The Nagaland Team is being led by captain Jonathan Rongsen and head coach Kawaljeet Singh, informed a press release from the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA), A Rahman.

After their match against Chandigarh, Nagaland will next play Arunachal on January 13. Thereafter, the team will face Sikkim, Mizoram and Manipur on January 15, 17 and 19. 

The top team of the group will qualify for the knock out round at Ahmedabad
