Kohima, May 11 (MExN): The Nagaland Veterans Football Association (NVFA) is all set to conduct Nagaland veterans inter district football tournament 2023 by September 2023. This was decided at the general meeting of NVFA on April 18 last in the presence of six district associations. NVFA invites any district association to host and co-organize the tournament and may offer their bid in writing latest by June 7, 2023. The cash prize for champion has been enhanced to Rs. 50,000. Runner-up: Rs. 30,000. Losing semi finalists-Rs. 15,000 each. Entry fee will remain as before at Rs. 30,000 each from every participating district association (team). This was stated in a release issued by NVFA president K. Kire and general secretary Tia N. Panger.
