National Integration Tour to Delhi and Agra is being organised by Indian Army where 18 students and 2 staff members from Moirang, Kwaktha and Khumbhi village are participating. The tour aims at providing an insight to the students on the diversity of India. During the tour, students visited premier institutions and witnessed the strides made by India in the fields of economy, entertainment and infrastructure. Organized under the theme ‘Today’s Children, tomorrow’s future of the North East,’ the tour is an endeavor of Indian Army to harness the potential of children from remote locations and poor families. The NIT Team interacted with the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind on November 16. The President advised the students to focus on their studies and work hard for a successful career.
