Dimapur, November 30 (MExN): Nagaland Basketball Association (NBA) conducted the selection trials of probables for the 71st Junior Boys National Basketball Championship scheduled to be held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh from January 4 to 10, 2022.
After the two phased trials in Kohima and Dimapur, the selection panel selected a pool of 24 players out of 64 players who attended the trials. The final list of 12 players will be announced by the panel in the third week of December. The players will then assemble for a preparatory camp before departure to Indore, stated a press release issued by Zasivi Meyase, Secretary, NBA.
The Probables include Peteneihu Solo, Chenlanthung Ovung, Iloka G Shohe, Sedezhalie Suohu, Nourhevi Linyu, Santosh, Sedeneituo Kuotsu, Thejaselhou Joshua Solo, Thejaser, Keriekhoto Zao, Rensuthung L Odyuo, Yaya Phira, Vilabeizo, Peteneizo Kire, Bibenthung Kithan, Wormathing Luikham, Mesale Yhoshu, Daniel Kikon, Thejasetuo Sale, Tanuj Sharma, M Mantai Phom, Sanenlong Lemtur, Jay Kumar Sahani, Kitilong.
