Kohima, May 26 (MExN): The felicitation programme to honour HSLC and HSSLC toppers for Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) member schools was held at the Platinum Hall, NBCC Office Kohima on May 26 with the Executive members of the Council.
The two toppers Limeka Zhimo (3rd rank) of Arts Stream for Higher Secondary from Ministers’ Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School, Kohima and Tongpantangla the 10th rank holder for HSLC from Christian Higher Secondary School, Dimapur attended the programme with their parents and their respective principals.
The programme was chaired by Rev. Dr. M. Savi, school coordinator, welcome addressed by School Board Chairperson Keviseto. Short speech was given by the two toppers which were followed by acknowledgment along with merit Certificate. A word of encouragement was given by the General Secretary Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho and Rev. Dr. Mar the president of the Council.
In conclusion, the executive members, the family members of the candidates along with their principals and NBCC staff blessed the successful candidates in prayer.
