Kohima, June 10 (DIPR): Chairman NBSE, Nini Meru has notified general public and educational institutions in particular that all institutions (government & private) located in Nagaland and registered with the Department of School Education and National Boards (CBSE, CISCE and NIOS) are to submit data/statistics on the prescribed format for the academic year 2009 on or before 30th June 2009.
The following points should be noted for submission of the data/statistics.
1. The prescribed form (form no.90) can be collected form the office of the NBSE or downloaded from the website: http:\\ www.nbsenagaland.com
2. The information can be e-mailed to: nagaboard@sancharnet.in or nagaboard @gmail.com
3. The statistics submitted shall be subjected to verification.
4. In the subsequent years, detailed particulars of the students, teaching faculty and non-teaching staff shall have to be furnished.
5. Failure to submit the data or submission of wrong information will invite departmental action.
6. Institutions who have not submitted the required statistics for the academic year 2008 should submit along with the statistics of 2009.
The Chairman stated that collection and compilation of accurate data is required by the state government and the MHRD for planning, development and implementation of programmes, etc. for the state. Therefore, all concerned are to note the importance of this annual exercise and comply accordingly.
