NDPP 29 Jangpetkong AC office bearers along with district officials after the formal induction cum felicitation programme at Mangkolemba on August 19.
Mangkolemba, August 20 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) 29 Jangpetkong Assembly Constituency held a ‘induction cum felicitation’ of office bearers programme in the presence of NDPP District President Mayangnungba and a host of other party leaders at Mangkolemba.
The NDPP 29 Jangpetkong AC office will be led by Aodangnok Ozukum as President. His colleagues, the vice presidents, general secretary and secretaries, were also formally handed over appointment letters signed by the NDPP President Chingwang Konyak.
Speaking at the programme, Mayangnungba urged the newly inducted office bearers to serve the people in the true principle of the NDPP. He pointed out that the NDPP is a cadre based party where the grass root level workers matters; therefore, he urged the party leaders to focus on the grass root so that the NDPP’s declared statement ‘towards a state of excellence’ will be achieved in the days to come.
NDPP 29 Jangpetkong AC President Aodangnok, in his acceptance speech, thanked the NDPP district office for their presence and at the same time solicited their support, guidance and advice in the days to come. He also urged his colleagues to be more united and work cohesively for the progress and development of the constituency and Nagaland.
Rev Mar, Pastor of Mangkolemba Baptist Church pronounced a prayer invoking God’s blessings on the newly inducted office bearers.
Short speeches were also delivered by Vice President NDPP Mokokchung Region, Lipokzulu, Treasurer NDPP Mkg Region Pangerzulu, President NDPP Women Organisation, Mkg Arenla Pongen, President NDPP Youth Org. Mokokchung Bendang Walling and President NDPP Agri & Allied Org, Imsunungsang.
The programme was chaired by NDPP Mkg Region Vice President Imtiwati while the welcome address was delivered by NDPP Vice President Rongsentemsu Lemtur.
