Capacity building prog held at Zbto Zunheboto, January 12 (MExN): A one day capacity building programme under Integrated Catchment Area Treatment for grass root level participants was held at SKK Conference Hall, Project Colony, Zunheboto Town on January 10. The resource persons for technical sessions from the directorate were K. Khekiho Shohe, SCO (Forest), Schematic Officer, ICAT and Roukuosetuo, SDO (Pughoboto) The programme was attended by 36 participants from 16 villages under Nanga Mela Ghoki Zunheboto District. The programme was chaired by Er Yekatoli Awomi, SO, invocation prayer by Khutovi, SDO (Aghunato), key note address by Zhekheto Awomi, Joint Director - DSCO Zunheboto and vote of thanks by Ghosuto Sema, SDO (DSCO Zunheboto). Compilation of notifications and office memorandun etc Kohima, January 12 (DIPR): The P&AR Department has brought out a compendium of all important notification, orders, office memorandum issued by various Departments as on 1st April, 2016 and hosted in the official website of the State Government. It has further been decided to bring an updated compendium incorporating all important notifications, office memorandum etc issued till date. In this connection, all Departments have been requested to furnish copies of important notifications, office memorandum, circulars issued from 1st April, 2016 onwards by the Departments to the P&AR Department on or before 31st January, 2017. Govt Schools under Phek Dist informed Phek, January 12 (MExN): All Government Middle and Primary Schools under Phek District are informed to submit the School Management Committee formation report with list of SMC Members along with photo copy of Saving Bank Account to respective EBRC office on or before January 20. Deputy District Education Officer, Phek Nuchisalu Nienu in a press release said that necessary action will be initiated against the defaulting schools. Info on State Civil Lists Kohima, January 12 (DIPR): The P&AR Department has brought out the State Civil Lists as on 1st January, 2016 and hosted in the official website of the State Government. It has further been decided to bring an updated Civil List of all Departments as on 01-01-2017. In this connection, all the Departments have been requested to submit the list of all officers in the enclosed proforma in Excel Format alongwith CD to the P&AR Department (AR Branch) on or before January 31. The proforma has already been notified to all the Departments. The Civil List will be as on January 2.
