Dimapur election officer informs Dimapur, October 6 (MExN): A special revision of photo electoral roll with January 1, 2017 as qualifying date for voters under Dimapur district will be held in all polling stations on October 8. It is a special campaign day for inclusion, deletion and correction of entries in electoral roll, stated a press note from Kesonyu Yhome IAS, the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer (DEO) Dimapur. In this regard, the DEO has also directed all concerned BLOs to be present their respective polling stations during the special campaign. The AEROs and Supervisors are also informed to monitor and ensure the presence of BLOs and submit the report in time, it added.
