Kohima, April 7 (MExN): The Nagaland Football Association (NFA) has informed that a selection trial will be conducted to shortlist eligible players for the Nagaland State U-20 team for the upcoming Swami Vivekananda U-20 Men’s National Football Championship 2026.
According to a press release issued by the NFA, the decision was taken during its executive meeting held on March 6. The championship is scheduled to be held at Narayanpur from May 2 to 24.
The selection trial will be held on April 11 at Chümoukedima Football Stadium. Reporting time is 7:00 AM.
Players born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2009 are eligible to participate. Participants have been asked to bring a copy of their Aadhaar card, birth certificate, and a passport-sized photograph.
