Maligaon, December 7 (MExN): The 61st Mahaparinirwan Divas of Dr. BR Ambedkar was observed on Wednesday at the North East Frontier Railway HQ complex with Chahatey Ram, General Manager of NFR paying floral tribute to Dr. Ambedkar. A large number of officers and staff was present on the occasion.
