Guwahati, March 3 (MExN): The: Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to run two pairs of Holi special train between Kamakhya and Anand Vihar, New Delhi to serve the heavy rush of passengers during the festival, an official release informed today.
The special train number 04052 will leave from Anand Vihar Station, New Delhi on March 4 and 9 at 11:45 PM and reach Kamakhya at 2:45 PM on March 6 and 11 respectively.
Likewise, the return journey of the special train (04051) will leave from Kamakhya at 5:35 AM March 7 and 12 and will reach Anand Vihar at 7PM on March 8 and 13 respectively.
The special train will have AC 3 tier, sleeper class and general second class facilities for passengers to travel, informed the release issued by NFR Chief Publc Relations Officer, Subhanan Chanda.
“These special trains are expected to clear the rush of passengers who are willing to travel during this festival of colour. Wait listed passengers of other regular trains can also change their journey schedule to avail this special train, it said.
On both ways, the the train will have stoppages in Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon, Alipurduar Jn. Binnaguri, New Jalpaiguri, Kishanganj, Katihar, Naugachia, Barauni, Khagaria Jn, Begusarai, Hajipur, Chhapra, Siwan, Deoria Sadar, Gorakhpur, Basti, Mankapur Jn, Gonda, Sitapur Cantt, Chandausi Jn, Hapur, Moradabad, and Ghaziabad.
