Maligaon, February 17 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to run one pair special train service between Guwahati and Dhubri on daily basis from February 24, an official release informed.
“This short distance train will run from this month in addition to other such trains which were notified earlier for convenience of local rail commuters,” informed the release from NFR CPRO.
The Train No. 05812 Guwahati – Dhubri Express will start service from Guwahati at 9:45 PM, February 24 and reach Dhubri at 6AM next day, it said.
In the return direction, Train No. will run on everyday from February 25 leaving from Dhubri at 7:15 AM hrs to reach Guwahati at 3:30PM the same day.
The train will run via Goalpara with stoppages at Kamakhya, New Bongaigaon, Kokrajhar, Fakiragram Junction, Sapatgram, Tipkai, Monglajhora, Basbari, Moterjhar, Golokganj and Gouripur stations.
There will be eleven general second class coaches apart from two luggage vans in this train, the release added.
