Thereafter, the Union said it had approached the government on three occasions with memorandum to Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur through its letter dated 01/05/2019; a representation to the Commissioner Nagaland through its letter dated 18/06/2019, a representation to the Chief Secretary Nagaland through its letter dated 15/07/2019.
Terming it as unfortunate the government’s defiance, the Union said it was constrained to issue this final notice that it will file a case in the court after one week from the date of publication of this notice.
