Mokokchung, September 12 (DIPR): As per an order received from the Additional District Magistrate, Sivasagar in Assam, night curfew has been reinforced from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am in the areas of Assam side bordering Nagaland. It has prohibited the movement of any person, group of persons and vehicles in the 5 km belt in Assam side of Sivasagar district bordering Nagaland. However, Security Personnel and officials on duty are exempted from the purview of this prohibitory order. The prohibitory order which came into force on July 26, 2017, shall remain in force for a period of 60 days, it was informed.
