Dimapur, October 6 (MExN): As a part of the celebration of 35 years of NIIT Ltd, NIIT Dimapur today announced a “grand offer” of free 3-years GNIIT course worth Rs.1, 72,155/- for one lucky candidate from Nagaland. It’s a CSR initiative of the company for better IT awareness amongst the masses for the self-employment opportunities and it includes books & online services with placement, Ajay Sethi Head of NIIT Dimapur Centre stated in a press note. No cash will be paid to the candidate under any circumstances, it said adding that course will be non-transferrable to any other NIIT centre for partial or entire duration. A candidate must be either Class 12 pass, or currently pursuing BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc. with minimum 45% (NBSE) & 60% (CBSE) besides the relevant conditions for GNIIT such as age criteria & continued good performance as per NIIT norms, it added. Attendance in a seminar to be held on October 21, at 2 PM is also a must. The lucky candidate will learn regular course offered under GNIIT programme and will also be eligible to learn selective Digital Transformation Term. The Lucky draw to select the luckiest one will be held on October 29, at 11AM at NIIT Centre, it said.
