This is for information to all right and fair thinking fellow Naga people that, NNC Lotha Region condemns the criticism and insult leveled against its members Yilow Lotha and Rabenthung Patton, spelled as Rampithong Patton by one self styled Vice President NNC (N/A) M. Kiumukam and Rali Wali NNC (N/A). There is no reason why they should rope in the case of ‘Lotha Community’ and intimidate the tribe. It is not proper to address the entire tribe with consequences for something that is outside purview. Interestingly, this is not the first time he had sent threats of outcome to Mr. Yilow and Mr. Rabenthung Patton. Way back in 29th March 2011, there was a NNC CEC meeting where Yilow Humtsoe V-President NNC LRC and Y. Fujamo were on the way when M. Kiumukam called up the former and warned him against attending the meeting and on 11th April 2011 M. Kiumukam again warned Yilow Humtsoe not to publish anything in the papers and if unheeded an incidence of using ‘spears and daos’ will become an eventuality. On 16th April 2011, this same message was also conveyed to Y. Fujamo by M. Kiumukam. On 2nd May 2011 he again warned Yilow Humtsoe to withdraw his press releases failing to do so would result with him taking up ‘his daos and spears.’ It is up to all onlookers the kind of organization which they run; undemocratic and uncivilized, merely trying to seize with brute force and threats the thing which doesn’t belong to them, nor capable of handling.
Please note, Mr. M. Kiumukam and Mr. Rali Wali, you people are only exposing your incompetency, ignorance, lack of reasoning and vision by public outburst against esteemed leaders like I. Panger Walling and V. Nagi and sending threats of outcome to entire communities, namely, Lotha and Angami along with genuine national workers. They should instead abstain from picking out one or two individuals as NNC is not a movement runned for private benefit but for all Nagas. This tirade against NNC members automatically becomes an anti-national sentiment and deserves to ve dealt with the utmost severity.
Furthermore, one individual as mere as M. Kiumukam cannot subdue Lotha Region’s participation along with the rest of Nagaland. Mr. Kiumakam will bear responsibility in case of untoward happenings befalling on Mr. Yilow Humtsoe and Mr. Rabenthung Patton. Also note that M. Kiumukam has been stripped off of any responsibility due to his “nefarious” activities and has been terminated from NNC Yimchungru Region.
