Dimapur, Dec 5 (MExN): Following the killing of a person, K Tokevi of Natha Old Village, Zunheboto, on December 4 by the NSCN-IM, the public of Natha Old, has resolved that henceforth no faction will be entertained in the village. An emergency meeting was held on December 5 in connection with the killing of a member of the village, K Tokevi on December 4 at around 5:30 pm by the NSCN-IM faction. The general public held a prolonged discussion and later resolved not to entertain any underground group in the village in future to avoid further killing of public members. The public of Natha Old Village strongly resented the killing and condemned the killing of Tokevi, who was killed in a populated area, according to a joint statement from GB Tokugha and GB Howoto, Natha Old Village. The Natha public also extends it heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the deceased.
