In connection to a rumour circulating on social about a purported total lockdown in Dimapur starting Sunday, the Dimapur police clarified that there is no such plan. The Dimapur police PRO informed that it is fake news. The Dimapur police also posted on social media, “There is no official plan to totally lock down the district starting from Sunday. The origin of this fake information is being probed.”
