Nokak, May 28 (MExN): In view of the detection of a COVID-19 positive case in Danlepdong sector, Deputy Commissioner, Noklak, Reny Wilfred, IAS has ordered sealing of a house in the Danlepdong Sector with immediate effect until further orders. The DC stated that only authorised personnel will be permitted for entry in the premises in case of medical & essential exigencies.
“Any person violating this containment measures will be liable to be prosecuted as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005, besides legal action under Section 188 of the IPC,” he added.
