Several riders from Manipur, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland gathered here today and honoured Nagaland Adventure Club (NAC) founding member late KK Paul Rutsa in a befitting manner.

Paul Rutsa, who also served as president of NAC had passed away on July 16 last.   In a short service held at the residence of Late Paul Rutsa at Kohima village under the aegis of NAC and Nagaland Motorcycle Club, riders from four north eastern states and even from other states paid their rich tributes to the departed soul.

The service was held under the banner “A celebration of life” in loving memory and commemoration of late Paul Rutsa’s 39th birthday which falls on August 1.

Family friend Pheluopfhelie Kesiezie and Peter Rutsa, elder brother of Paul Rutsa spoke at the service.

In recognition of the legacy left behind by late Paul Rutsa in the diary of the NAC, the NAC has inducted his youngest son Thezakhrielie Levi Rutsa as lifetime member of the association.

Later, the riders proceed to Camp Chatsa for another programme which was flagged off by Thezakhrielie Levi Rutsa.

The programme at Camp Chatsa was also marked by slide show on the life of late Paul Rutsa.
