Dimapur, January 23 (MExN): The ‘NSCN’ unification group clarified over a point that appeared in the local newspapers, issued by its publicity cell. A note from the group clarified that the sentence reading “…some section of Nagas from Manipur…” does not refer to all the Nagas hailing from Southern Nagaland. It refers to “a particular group of anti-unification and anti-peace pseudo-nationalist” the publicity cell stated. “The concluding portion of the article does not subscribe to the policy or intent of the unification camp/initiative but reflects certain individual’s impulsion and hence its irrelevance which is deeply regrettable (sic)” it added.
