Dimapur, August 31 (MExN): The NSCN/ GPRN (Reformation) has cautioned against the sale and transport of illegal drugs and alcohol. It has also decided to ban all illegal drugs and alcohol throughout the state of Nagaland with immediate effect.
The NSCN/GPRN (R) in a press release issued by its MIP informed that, it will strictly monitor the transport and sale of illegal drugs, alcohols and other intoxicants with immediate effect. It further apprised that it will take stringent action against the defaulters.
The NSCN/ GPRN (R) also said that it will fully supervise and undertake round the clock checking. It also asked the general public to co-operate with the assignees concerned for the smooth and effective functioning of the business establishment as well as to create a healthy environment among the Naga society and people.
The NSCN/GPRN (R) maintained that such kind of practices is only bringing ruin to Naga society.
