DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 21 (MExN): The convener of so-stated “custodians, national property Dimapur Jurisdiction,” GPRN, Nihoto Chishi has informed that the Purana Bazaar Padam-Pukhri, Nahabari Padam-Pukhri and surrounding lands under the jurisdiction of Dimapur town/city shall be preserved as “national property for the benefit of the Naga nation”. The convener referring to the GPRN’s decision undertaken on February 10, 2004 and as per the “Azha vide no. 15-04/ORDR/CLS/07 dated July 3, 2007” has informed all concerned individuals that hitherto “all encroachments, occupations, properties, constructions’, etc. shall be restricted in the referred area”.
Further “incursions/constructions by any individual/s that may have taken place in this referred area prior to GPRN’s notification” have been informed to evacuate their properties/property or to abandon all types of constructions in the specified area within 45 days from the date of issue of this circular i.e., September 21, 2007.
The convener informed that on non compliance to this order, the “defaulter shall be held solely responsible for any consequences that may have to be borne in the event of eviction and necessary action thereto-fore upon the delinquent”.
