Dimapur, October 31 (MExN): The NSCN-K takes note of what it claimed are “several criminals in guise NSCN members” who are said to be “randomly serving extortion notice and illegal and unauthorized collections on various business and corner establishments in and around Dimapur.” A note from the “finance secretary” of “UT-1” on KH Sumi, informed that “to stop such criminal activities” such must not be made without consultation or “authorization” from the said secretary. Those violating this would be doing so at their own risk and “no official acceptance shall be granted” it added. The numbers 9436230435 and 9862154191 were given for information.
