No matter the contention and controversy being generated by dejected and rejected lot at Khehoi, the NSCN/GPRN is neither perturbed nor concerned. The fabricated version in connection to the emergence of Khehoi camp purportedly issued by an unheard-of and non-existent ‘Brig. Vihoto Aye’, the so-claimed GSO Khehoi Camp in itself is an instance of “confused identity crisis’. I am only aware of one Brig. Vihoto Chophy. The distorted content of the press presentation may therefore be discredited or the mediaperson be conveniently blamed for the folly.
It is quite apparent that the writer who is even unsure of one’s identity cannot but only resort to concocted and self-debasing allegations. The Khehoi gangsters may well acknowledge the fact that their existence is a wasted by-product of NSCN/GPRN led by His Excellency S.S Khaplang. Without NSCN they were, are and will be nowhere. Even their current ignoble state of running extortions, kidnappings, illegal business and other anti-social activities specially in and around Dimapur and Kohima are being enabled only because of their previous association with the NSCN.
The disgraceful act of spewing violence and lies with an intention to assassinate the character and personality of NSCN/GPRN leaders only shows their spiteful and frustrated resentment against the NSCN/GPRN’s principled and broad diplomatic approach towards the peaceful resolution of the Indi-Naga-Myanmar political issue. The NSCN/GPRN’s progress in pursuit of Nagas’ cherished aspiration is admittedly a severe threat to Khehoi’s survival, since they are none but an offshoot of NSCN/GPRN gone astray.
The Naga political issue is far above and beyond one’s party affiliation, individual interest or gang’s agendas. The Khehoi gang may therefore come out in the open and publicly disclose its policies, objectives and goals before the Nagas and the world in case they propagate any such. It is however beyond imagination to ever expect a host of wholesale dealers, suppliers and contractors, black marketers, market monopolisers, extortionists and kidnappers, etc, all alike and ganged up in Khehoi to espouse anything on Naga political cause.
The NSCN/GPRN as a matured and time-tested national institution, unlike Khehoi, does not wish to stoop too low in mudslinging, whereas if they so desire to personally challenge my integrity, I am well prepared to go any extent to prove myself and also to reveal the true persona of any senior functionary in Khehoi.
