The Nagaland Wrestling Association (MWA) today organised a Send off program for Team Nagaland at Sechü Zubza Village Council for participation at 12th AITWPF Traditional Wrestling & Pankration Championship scheduled to be held from 3rd to 6th October 2024 at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

The 5 day long camp for 36 wrestlers was held at Sechü Zubza from September 25.

The send off program was blessed by Niketu Iralu, social activist for peace.

Prayer was pronounced by delivered by Javitso Lhousa, Executive Secretary, Western Angami Baptist Church Council.

The Nagaland team will be led by the president of NWA Vivolie Kezo as the Team Director, Keneilel Kevin Rote as the Team Manager, Rangsilang as the Mens Team Coach, Icetdaile Haikube as the Womens Team Coach & Mezhiesino Keyho as the Team Coordinator.

The Team is also accompanied by two officiating Referees - Surhoneyi Soho & Keduovilie Zumu, Refresher Course Referees - Seyielhoukho Sechü, Vetsüto Kezo & Itingngau Haingielak and D Mosonyi Domeh, Vice President AITWPF will also accompany the team.
