Dimapur, March 7 (MExN): The Naga Women Hoho Dimapur has extended greetings on the occasion of International Women's Day. “Today, we join the rest of the world in celebrating womanhood and the incredible achievements, sacrifices women have made in the pursuit of social and economic gain,” it said in a press release on Sunday while paying tribute to all the women, “for the many roles they play as wives, child bearers, mothers, leaders, decision makers, workers and many more.”
NWHD also expressed its appreciation, love and respect to the women in the frontlines who are working tirelessly and with many untold sacrifices for the wellbeing of the society. It further encouraged every woman to continue to be an inspiration and uplift the society in every possible way.
