Kohima, May 10 (MExN): Open penalty shootout tournament under the aegis of Chadanyi Krotho Zhadima will take place on May 11 at Zhadima Local Ground under Kohima district. Around 40 teams will be participating in the tournament. The inaugural function has been scheduled at 9:00 AM with Neinguvoto Krose, president Angami Youth Organization (AYO) as the chief guest. Seyiekhrielhou Kuotsu and Thepfusalie Thomas will chair the inaugural and closing ceremony respectively. Metekhrielie Mejura, treasurer AYO will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony. Roko Angami will act as tournament commissioner. The champion will get a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 sponsored by Kelhouneizo Andrew Yhome, former president Naga Students’ Federation. The second prize amounting to Rs. 10,000 will be sponsored by Neiketouzo Kenguriise, vice president Angami Sports Association. The third and fourth prize at Rs. 5000 and Rs. 3000 sponsored by Thepfusalie Thomas, former president Zhadima Students Union and Thepfiilie Theiinuo, former president Zhadima Youth &Sports Organization respectively.
