Kiphire, December 17 (MExN): The 21st general session of Pungro Area College Students’ Union (PACSU) is scheduled to be held from December 19 to 21 at its HQ in Pungro Town. The session will feature the 5th edition of Miss PACSU pageant coinciding with ‘Pungro Kholar Buyer and Grower Mela’ 2017.
While the inaugural session will be held on December 19, the ‘Foundation Stone’ of PACSU office construction site will be blessed by Rev. Fr. Sajimon, Parish Priest, St. Paul Church Pungro and laid by T Torechu, MLA from 60 A/C on December 20.
All the members have been requested to attend the session positively. A press release from PACSU info press & publicity Limtsumong further stated agenda should be submitted to the Federal Assembly latest by forenoon of December 18.
Meanwhile, all the federating units were informed to bring their respective flag at the venue before the commencement of the programme. The union also extended invitations to all the former officials of PACSU, HoDs and civil societies of Pungro sub-division to attend the session.
The session will be graced by Khupi Natso, Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD; T Kiusangthong, NSS, JSO, Nagaland Civil Secretariat; and Samuel Thyug, NCS, SDO(C) Pungro HQ as chief guest, guest speaker and special guest respectively.
