Kohima, August 25 (MExN): The handing over of two pay & use toilets and three community toilets was held at IDSMT complex near New Secretariat Kohima on August 25. Inauguration the toilets, Motsuthung Lotha, Secretary Urban Development Department & Program Director SIPMIU elaborated on the project concept and appealed to both the KMC and public to maintain properly for the welfare of the general public.
The technical report was presented by Er Limanaro, Addl Program Director SIPMIU and acceptance speech by Kethosituo Sekhose, Administrator KMC.
The five toilet blocks were constructed at the cost of Rs.92,05,414/- located at IDSMT & Kezieke ( Pay & Use ) and community toilets one at North Police Station and two at upper AG colony. Rev. Rajesh, Pastor Breath of Life Nagamese Church, Kohima dedicated the program and the meeting was chaired by Virul Kikhi, Adminstrative Officer SIPMIU.The program was attended by Khupi Natso, Engineer-in-Chief PWD,EE Power, contractors, SIPMIU & KMC officials, public and some community toilets beneficiaries.
