PDLSA organizes essay competition on ‘Right to education’

Phek, August 31 (MExN): The Phek District Legal Services Authority (PDLSA) organised an essay competition on the topic “Right to Education” at Christian Mission Higher Secondary School (CMHSS), Phek on August 27. 

A press release issued by the Public Relations Assistant, NSLSA stated that Rukuvolu Vero, Panel Lawyer, Phek DLSA spoke on the purpose of conducting the essay competition and encouraged the student to know their rights and apply the same. Sekhotso Rokha, Panel Lawyer, Phek DLSA spoke on Juvenile Justice Act and stated that it was enacted for the welfare of the juveniles in conflict with laws and juveniles in need of care and protection. Vethothi Vero, PA, Phek DLSA spoke on POCSO Act and Cyber Law. All together 21 students participated in the competition. “The declaration of the result and giving away of prizes will be made in the coming week,” the release said.
