Zunheboto, April 2 (MExN): Philimi Sub-Centre and Rotomi Sub-Centre under Zunheboto district were inaugurated by Er Picto Shohe, MLA in the presence of Dr K Akaho Sema, Deputy CMO Zunheboto on April 1.
The CMO media officer, Zunheboto in a press release stated that Er Picto in his speech appealed to the public to utilise all the availing health care services, and assured to provide the necessities in the sub-centres. He urged the village council and the community to maintain the health unit.
Deputy CMO Zunheboto in his short speech stressed that for the smooth functioning of the health centre; the public should be equally responsible and encouraged the two villages to cooperate and support the health workers during various health activities.
The programme was chaired by Dr J Hokugha Sema, DVBO and welcomed addressed was delivered by Hukuto Chophy, Council Chairman Rotomi village, dedicatory prayer by Vikashe Kiho Pastor PBC and Nagaho K Zhimo Pastor RBC; vote of thanks by Vikikhe Assumi, Hd GB Philimi Village and benediction by Hinotoli Shohe W/Pastor Rotomi Baptist Church.
The function was also attended by Civil Society Organizations, church leaders, EAC Atoizu, Medical Officers, DPM Zunheboto and staffs under CMO Zunheboto.
