Apropos to the false allegation of mass booth capturing in 18 polling station of 47-Karong (ST) A/C. put forward by D.D. Thaisii, the INC candidate of 47-Karong (ST) A/C.pin pointing the Phuba Village from where the NPF candidate Dr.V.Alexander Pao hails. We the villagers of Phuba Khuman and Phuba Thapham do hereby clarify that no such incident was happened, but conducted polling in a peaceful manner with the full co-operation of the Polling Officers and the villagers. The villagers with an accord solidly stood behind the NPF candidate Dr. V. Alexander Pao who has offered himself to work for the upliftment of the people of 47-Karong A/C in particular and the general public as a whole. Such been the case, there is no valid basis to call for re-polling at 8 (eight) polling station in Phuba Khuman and Phuba Thapham in particular and 10(ten) other villages under 47/Karong (ST) Assembly Constituency in general .On the contrary, it is to be pointed out that the supporters of NPF from Purul Atongba and Purul Akutpa Villages from where 2(two) NPF ticket seekers namely P.S. Henry Paotei and Thaiba Sanii, have been threatened and were not allowed to exercise their adult franchise. All the votes of the two aforesaid leaders and their supporters were casted in proxy by the supporters of INC candidate in favour of D.D. Thaisii,INC candidate .It may be well reminded that when one points a finger at other four fingers are pointing at oneself. That exactly is the case of pin pointing against his rival when D.D.Thaisii the INC candidate has allowed large scale of proxy voting in his home polling stations i.e., Purul Atongba and Purul Akutpa.Whereas, the INC candidate himself and his cohorts in the village of Purul know it very well that the NPF supporters were denied to exercise their franchised. Keeping in mind the blatant violation of election laws and rules by the INC candidate and his supporters, we strongly urge the Chief Election Commissioner of India to order re-polling in the following polling stations: i. Purul Atongba (A) ii. Purul Atongba (B) iii.Purul Atongba (C) iv. Purul Akutpa (A) v. Purul Akutpa (B) vi. Purul Akutpa (C) vii. Koide (A), viii. Koide (B) ix. Koide (C) x. Koide (D) and xi.Kapao. We have confirmed that many youths were transported from Koide Village and allowed to cast proxy votes in Kapao Village which has about 467 votes.
