My Dear countrymen!
On this auspicious occasion the 33th Republic Day Anniversary, I praise our Almighty, who secured our survival to this very Day. Let us not forget to remember our brave soldiers and fellow citizens who have fought for this noble cause, dedicated to the preposition that Naga is a Nation. I convey my warm greetings to all my fellow citizens and comrades.
Fellow Nagas , in days of prosperity and struggle your invariable contributions was valuable and is always attributed as models of courage and fidelity, without which such cause would have been entailed deeper wounds of misfortunes. Great harm of intolerance has been done to us by act of underestimation raping our mothers and sisters, torturing, killing, burning down of villages, they have also confiscated all our wealth they could and even forcing our Nation to surrender for bribe but your determination to struggle without losing faith and confidence for Naga Nation have brought us thus far.
Today, the GPRN/NSCN has precisely set objectives and I believe that my dear countrymen must interpret the uttermost publication and resolutions for acceptable and honorable freedom to prevail. Our negligence might have also caused many to accelerate for attainable resolution for changes. Therefore I call upon the fellow Naga citizens for sailable changes in our political future especially in review of our past experiences, to organize our manpower methodically, equitably and economically on basis of our possibilities. The signing of Covenant of Reconciliation by the collective leaders is an outstanding accomplishment and I strongly believe that Nagas have a common future. Nagas should not be miss-leaded by any sort of Accords or Agreements, which will hamper our genuine cause of selfless sacrifices and create obstacles or ultimatum for another civil war.
The destiny of GPRN/NSCN is clearly visualized as we congregate here to this day; we have got up from slumber and rightly have realized to seek out solution in unison basing on the sovereign birth right of Nagas. Such acceptance has brought all Nagas to unify and the event that took place on 22nd Nov.2007, Nuiland is the landmark event in the Naga History as a stepping stone towards acceptable and honorable in mass. GPRN/NSCN is always part of great movement of humanity, we are committed to search for freedom, and that belief has always strengthened us to serve the Nation of Peoples’ choice. We have closed all doors for the past undue events, and opens our path for young aspirant pioneers and sharper’s to rule this Naga Nation with pride.
In closing, let me say this to my countrymen that with confidence in our struggle and with confidence in our legitimate right, I will endure long to best of my ability, but we will do it together for our country. With God’s help and for the sake of our Nation, it is time for us to join our hands together for a rebirth of Naga spirit in oneness. With our common faith and hope Nagas cannot fail, so help us Dear God.
