DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 28 (MExN): Public Service Aspirants of Nagaland (PSAN) has reminded all the departments under the Nagaland government to strictly adhere to the High Court order of July 28, 2017 against regularization of contract/adhoc appointees.
According to media cell, PSAN, the High Court had issued the interim order against the Office Memorandum (OM) of the Nagaland Government regularizing all contract/adhoc appointees on completion of three (3) years of continuous service after a writ petition was filed by ACAUT and PSAN challenging the OM.
In this connection, PSAN stated that if the government departments regularize contract/adhoc appointees without open advertisement, contempt of court would be initiated against the erring department officials. It also called all right thinking citizens to come forward and inform ACAUT and PSAN on instances of illegal regularization taking place in the government departments.
