DIMAPUR, AUGUST 28 (MExN): Following his meeting with the Union Civil Aviation Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri, Nagaland Governor RN Ravi held an inter-ministry meeting in New Delhi on August 28.

 

The meeting saw participation of the Ministries of Civil Aviation, Home Affairs, AAI and flight operators like Air India/Alliance Air and Indigo.

 

“Operational and logistic issues related to improvement of Dimapur Airport as per standards of the DGCA as well as early operationalisation of better regional air connectivity of Dimapur were discussed,” informed a press note from the Governor's PRO.

 

The Governor also urged flight operators to improve air connectivity of Dimapur with the rest of the NE as well as the rest of the Country.
