DIMAPUR, JULY 13 (MExN): The Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress (NPYC) has been convened Emergency Office Bearers Meeting on 15th July 2011 at Congress Bhavan Meeting Hall, Kohima at 11:00 a.m. All the Office Bearers are asked to attend compulsorily without fail, informed a press note issued by Joshua Swu, General Secretary NPYC.
One held for extortion
Dimapur, July 13 (MExN): The Additional Superintend of Police/PRO, Dimapur has informed that on July 11, 2011 at 3:30 while patrolling duty was conducted by B/Coy 15 NAP (IR) Mahila Bn, one person Tsalichem Sangtam, presently residing at New Showuba, Dimapur was found demanding money from a grocery shop at 7th mile area. The press note stated that the accused was subsequently apprehended and produced at Diphupar PS where it was ascertained that the accused Tsalichem Sangtam is presently serving as SS.Kapur of GPRN/NSCN. In this connection, a case has been registered at Diphupar PS.
DNSU consultative meet on July 15
Dimapur, July 13 (MExN): The Tribunals of Dimapur Naga Students Union (DNSU) has convened a consultative meeting with all the constituent units and incumbent officials of DNSU on July 15, 2011 at 4:00 pm at Hotel Crown, near Town Hall Dimapur.
A press note issued by Solomon L.Awomi, tribunal general DNSU therefore requested all constituent units and present officials of DNSU to attend the said meeting positively. One held for extortion.
