TLA Editor informs readers

Dimapur, February 21 (MExN):  The editor of the weekly newspaper ‘The Letter Age’ has informed that this week’s issue will not be published. He has appealed the readers to bear with the inconvenience. However, the publication will resume from next week.

A Tata mobile and an auto three-wheeler in the custody of GPRN/, Union territory –I Office, Khehoi and has informed the rightful owners to claim the same producing original documents within seven days. The description of the vehicles are – Tata Mobile 207-DI white colour bearing, regd no. NL07A 4111, engine no. 25340115384, chassis no. MAT374463A9G22402 and the autorickshaw bearing, engine no. AEMBSH 64879, chassis no. 2AA 24ZZ SH59676.

Perform duties regularly: ANSTA

Dimapur, February 21 (MExN): 
The All Nagaland School Teachers' Association (ANSTA) Longleng has informed the adhoc teachers under the district to perform their duties regularly in their respective schools. "Failing to comply with this circular, the ANSTA Longleng Unit will not be held responsible to the absentee incumbent," stated the association in a press note issued by its president K Takanganba.

Home Commr on census operations

Dimapur, February 21 (MExN):
The Home Commissioner of Nagaland J Alam, IAS has lamented that some government servants are refusing to enumerate themselves in their place of posting during the current phase of census. In connection to that, the commissioner has stated in a press statement that the government has already issued a general instruction on July 1, 2010 directing that “all government servants shall enumerate themselves in their place of posting and not in their hometown of in their own villages”. Therefore, government servants are directed to scrupulously follow the instructions referred above. Any government servants violating the mentioned instructions are “liable to be proceeded against for disciplinary action for violation of Nagaland Servant Conduct Rules 1968”.
