DIMAPUR, APRIL 7 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland, PB Acharya on the occasion of World Health Day has called on the people of Nagaland to remain in their best of health and to inspire others to live a healthy life. A PRO Raj Bhavan statement said World Health Day was a global health awareness day which is observed on April 7 every year. The Governor informed that the year 2018 marks the 70th anniversary of World Health Day and the theme for this year is "Universal Health Coverage: everyone, everywhere." He stated that Universal Health Coverage means everyone; everywhere can access essential quality health services without facing financial hardship. The Governor also appealed to the State Department of Health & Family Welfare and all private health care centres to continuing rendering their services for the welfare of the society and to focus on Universal Health Coverage. People should not experience any financial hardship while getting quality medical service, the Governor stated.
