RHPPT founder, Dr. Roland Lotha highlighted how the Trust was renamed from Heart for Poor People Trust to RHPPT after the demise of his only son Rson. He expressed the hope that the tragedy that befell him should become a blessing for the people of Tizit. “Children irrespective of whether they are disabled or strong, rich or poor are our own children and we should join hands to build their future,” he said. Roland thanked the administration, public leaders, NGOs and the citizens of Tizit for extending their cooperation towards RHPPT in building a home for the downtrodden children.
A Committee has been constituted to oversee the construction of the home and manage its affairs with ADC Tizit as the chief patron.
