Under the theme, ‘Around the World,’ the Drama Club of Department of English, St Joseph University (SJU) organised “Royal Ball” on September 8.
During the ball, dance forms of Waltz and Foxtrot of different eras were performed by the students of each semester.
The objective of the event was to enable the students to learn about the eras in literature through dance, along with an aim to promote creativity and learn through participation, informed a press release from the institute.
The essence of the ballroom was captured by the students as each of the classes gracefully danced along.
It also featured special presentation by assistant professor, Tokaholi and students from each semester and concluded with the declaration of winners.
