Dimapur, March 17 (MExN): Nagaland Congress President K Therie on Thursday said that the election of Rajya Sabha MP in Nagaland is going to be a ‘sad reality’ while calling on Nagaland Christians to “imagine sending a BJP MP to Parliament and how it would reflect on us.” “To file nominations for Rajya Sabha, ten MLAs need to propose. As such, if NPF and NDPP do not set up a candidate, they will be responsible,” he said in a press release, while adding that the two parties are technically, not BJP, “but they continue to function as a proxy of the BJP.”
