Kohima, January 21 (MExN): The Rüsoma village orange festival will take place from January 25 to 26 at Rüsoma village under Kohima district. The inaugural function will start from 10:00 am at Rüsoma village ground.
Neibalie Rio, Special officer to Chief Minister Nagaland will be the special guest. The festival will witness sale of orange, handloom, organic vegetables, orange saplings, etc.
The programme will be led by Orange Festival Convenor Thejao Chase while welcome address will be delivered by Rüsoma Village Council Chairperson Kehouchükhrie Mezhier. Keynote address will be delivered by Rüsoma VDB secretary Visier Vimera.
The organizer informed that COVID-19 appropriate behavior will be followed during the festival.
