Sao Chang College, Tuensang conducted its annual sports meet from April 25 to 27.
Tuensang, May 2 (MExN): Sao Chang College, Tuensang conducted its annual sports meet from April 25 to 27. The inaugural programme held at the Local Parade Ground, Tuensang was graced by Thungchanbemo Tungoe, ADC Tuensang as the guest of honour.
A press release issued by the college stated that the events on the first day were volleyball, shot put, discus throw, football, high jump and long jump. On the second day held at Loyem Astro-Turf Ground, Tuensang, the events were 100, 200 & 400m race; football knockout matches; and Exhibition match. The third day was held at Sao Chang College campus. The events were Board carom; Volley ball (final match); Table tennis; Badminton; Kabaddi.
The sports meet concluded with a valedictory programme. Sao Chang College, Principal graced the function and also distributed certificates and mementos to winners of the various events.
