SBI Niuland branch inaugurated

Dimapur, March 24 (DIPR): Panna Lal Das, GM (NW)-II LHO Guwahati inaugurated the State Bank of India, Niuland branch on Thursday, March 23.  

Speaking on the occasion, PannaLal Das said the bank has reached the doorstep with a broad range of expertise, facilities and its expanding scope and that he looks forward to grow a deeper relationship with the public of Niuland. He urged the public to avail facilities provided by the bank to help the bank grow and serve the community.  

Welcome address was delivered by Thongboi Lunkim AGM, SBI RBO, Dimapur The function was also graced by the ADC, Niuland, V. Lovitoly Sema who stated that it was the long felt need of the people of Niuland sub division and thanked the SBI officials and the people who have put tremendous effort for the establishment of the bank. The ADC urged the people to provide full co- operation and help in sustainability of the bank. Stating that there are more than 20 government Departments and over 80 villages, she expressed optimism that the opening of SBI Niuland branch would be a beginning for many more developments to follow in Niuland and people will also benefit from the social developmental activities of the bank. The ADC wished the best to the new branch officials in all their future endeavors and assured them of full co-operation and support.  

A short speech was also delivered by the Vice Chairman, Adhoc Town Committee Niuland. Vote of thanks was delivered by H. Hangsing CM RBO Dimapur. The bank was dedicated by Tokivi Yeptho, Pastor Niuland Town Baptist Church.
