Kohima, May 27 (DIPR): The Department of School Education has informed all the employees of School Education that the ‘verification of absentees for GPS survey’ is extended till June 17 in the Directorate.
Verification will be done as per the schedule:
• Tuensang and Mon: May 29 to 31
• Mokokchung and Wokha: June 1 to 3
• Phek, Kiphire and Longleng: June 5 to 7
• Zunheboto and Peren: June 8, 9 and 12
• Kohima and Dimapur: June 13 and 14
• Directorate Officers and Staff: June 15 to 17
The following documents are to be produced at the time of verification: 1 no. Colour Passport Photo; Government issued ID Card/ Passport/ Voters ID Card (Any one); PAN Card/ AADHAAR Card; Appointment Order; Matric (HSLC) Admit Card.
Those employees who had failed to show up during the survey at their posting places are directed to bring valid reasons with supporting document proof for their absence during the verification.
This verification is also required to be done by Part-time Instructors and all other CSS appointed employees under SSA, RMSA and Hindi (CSS).
