Dimapur, March 21 (MExN): A total of 45 head teachers of Government Middle Schools (GMS) in Nagaland received training from the School Leadership by School Leadership Academy, SCERT, Nagaland.
The state DIPR informed that the School Leadership Academy (SLA) conducted a 16-day School Leadership Development Programme for school heads of Government Middle Schools in the state for the first time through blended mode.
A five-day face-to-face programme was held from March 13 to 17 at the State Institute of Educational Management and Training (SIEMAT), SCERT, Kohima, and 11 days of project work started from 18th March 18 and would continue till March 28 in their respective schools, the DIPR informed.
Courses on Perspective on School Leadership, Developing Self, Transforming Teaching Learning Process, Team Building and Leading, Leading Innovations, Leading Partnership, Leading School Administration, Faculty Development and Etiquette of using PPT were covered during the training, it said.
