Kohima, November 28 (MExN): The SDG Coordination Centre (SDGCC), under the Department of Planning & Transformation, Government of Nagaland, will host the third edition of the ‘SDG One Stop Destination’, an immersive experience designed on how SDGs are linked with Naga culture and heritage.
The ‘SDG One Stop Destination’ has invited all festival attendees to partake in an array of innovative and engaging activities that will make the SDGs more accessible and relatable to everyone and connect to our Naga heritage and culture.
The ‘SDG One Stop Destination’ at the Hornbill Festival 2023 will start at 10:00 am onwards and the location is near Food Park, Kisama Heritage Village. It is free for all visitors to the Hornbill Festival 2023.
According to a DIPR report, this year’s opening of the ‘SDG One Stop Destination’ pavilion will be graced by Isabelle Tschan, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on December 1 in the presence of other dignitaries.
“Additionally, on December 2, the programme also includes the participation of students from Cherry Blossoms Kohima, a school which supports children with disabilities highlighting the emphasis that there is no sustainable development without fostering empowerment and inclusivity for all,” it stated.
