Kohima, October 6 (MExN): In the ongoing 62nd School Games, Nagaland has so far won one gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze taking its medal tally to 5 in the Taekwondo Championship for U-14 and U-17 boys and girls. The School Games being held at Ranga Reddy District in Telangana State is organized by the School Games Federation of India. Heutingyi Zeliang won gold in the Over-41 kg category for Under-14 boys. Repingkiu Tikhir (Under-48 kgs) and Keneilevo Nagi (Under-64 Kgs) competing in the age category of U-17 years, both won silver, while Tenloi Phom also won a silver in the Under-23 kgs for U-14 years. Asangbo won a bronze in Under-18 kgs in the age category of U-14. Three officials and 19 boys are representing the state at the national School Games. The championship which got underway on Tuesday will conclude on October 8.
